Inclusive Excellence is a framework for weaving principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into teaching and mentoring practices to foster a sense of belonging for participants.  INSPIRE offers Inclusive Excellence briefings for geoscience researchers participating as mentors and partners with Bridge Scholars, Visiting Fellows, and High Schoolers.
